Mrs. V. Vijaya Madhavi currently holds the position of Head of the Department in Computer Science and Engineering (AIML). She possesses an M.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering and is presently pursuing her Ph.D. in the domain of Artificial Intelligence, reflecting her steadfast dedication to academic advancement and research excellence. With two decades of comprehensive teaching experience, she has consistently guided and mentored students across both fundamental and advanced subjects.
Her primary area of specialization is Deep Learning, with research interests focused on the integration of Artificial Intelligence in the healthcare domain. She has contributed significantly to the academic community through numerous publications in Scopus and SCI-indexed journals, along with the filing of several patents in emerging technological areas.
She is a professional member of the IETE. and has actively enhanced her academic and pedagogical skills by participating in over 20 Faculty Development Programs, including those supported by AICTE. She has successfully taught a diverse range of subjects such as Finishing School, Foundation School, and core programming courses, and is widely recognized for her student-centric teaching philosophy and academic leadership. Her visionary approach continues to drive innovation, research, and excellence within the department.
