HOD CSE
Vemula Krishna serves as the Head of the Department for Computer Science Engineering, bringing over two decades of extensive experience to this leadership role. Holding an M.Tech in CSE, he has a strong academic foundation.
With 21 years of teaching experience, he taught a broad spectrum of subjects, including core programming languages like C, C++, and Java, data structures, database management systems (DBMS/RDBMS), web programming (HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, VBScript), data communication and computer networks, computer organization and architecture, formal languages and automata theory, compiler design, and machine learning. Beyond teaching, he has guided over 50 undergraduate projects, demonstrating a commitment to practical student development.
In addition to academic contributions, he possesses valuable experience in student placements and has served as a NAAC coordinator for Criterion 1, highlighting expertise in quality assurance. The profile also emphasizes strong leadership qualities, including strategic planning, organizational development, robust decision-making, problem-solving skills, and a notable ability to inspire and motivate both staff and students.
